I had to return 2 other times for incorrectly installed windshield wipers and make round trips of 40 km each time and no compensation granted even if requested: received a response an hour later that it was refused

Don't go there for your interviews or mechanics... they are real crossers and incompetent across the board. I tried 2 branches and same problems...I went there for a whistling noise when I press the accelerator when the vehicle is cold.They changed the serpentine belt and never cold tested it before changing the part…. The mechanic told me I can’t hear anything… it’s definitely not on purpose, the vehicle is hot!The next morning, still the same problem and I was in tab…k!As I have doubts about the part he replaced, I decide to consult my previous invoices to realize that the same part had been replaced 2 years previously (see photos).I then check in 3 different garages to find out how often we replace this belt and the time required.Then I confront the advisor at Nicoletti and ask him a very simple question: how long should I normally do with the serpentine. He answers me around 120,000km or when it starts to break down…In the attached photos you can see that I don't even have 16,000km done between the 2 belt changes. Small crosser that replaces functional parts, quite a champion!Another fact: it charges me 0.7 hours to replace it while everywhere (3 other garages consulted) it takes 0.4 hours… almost double the time. See photos…Also the 2 wipers that he changed for me barely 3 months ago lasted 1 month since I lost them on the highway after very normal use in the rain.... Not very good, mechanics who aren't even capable of installing wipers correctly.Another matter: I ask for an oil change and they decide to put synthetic oil without even consulting me even though there has always been normal oil... Always to put more in their pockets...It’s clear that I can never go back there and sue them for small claims.There are still limits to taking people for caves!

La dernière foi j'ai fait un change ment d huile et changer filtre à air et mon auto n allait pas bien j'ai retourner et Simon le mécanisme m'a tout arranger car le filtre a air n avais pas été bien poser Simon est le meilleur rien de grave mes beaucoup de désagrément merci je vais toujours faire affaire avec vous pour mes deux autos merci

I'm going to carry my tank for an alignmentAnd they tell me they can't because the table, ball joint, tie rod and line kit are scrap. Everything is new this year and they tell me that my tank is dangerous so that in the end nothing was done and they give me their high-pressure sales pitch with an overpriced quote.I recommend to those who are throwing their cash out the window and who know nothing about mechanics
