I bought a 1000 piece tempo, some equipment is missing and it's impossible to have it in store, I have to deal with the company.
I find it shameful to not want to make any effort for the customer.

Very poor services.They told us to diagnose the problem of our car, it would cost us 114$. Took the car there, they drove it into their garage and after working on it they could not diagnose the problem and are saying the car cannot longer start ( same car that they drove into the garage) and for each hour they will work on it to diagnose the problem , we will have to pay extra 114$ /hour until they are able to diagnose the problem. Very dissatisfying.
One has to think well If he/she values his car before consulting their services

110$ for putting 15inch tires on rims, didnt need to lift the vehicle or anything, 20 min job. Plus they couldn’t even put the tires in a bag. Voiced my concerns to the manager and got brushed off. Typical Canadian tire service!
