Manon at the Joliette printing office serves customers very poorly. The first answer is no. I don't have time, we're not doing that... Go somewhere else. She is critical of the customer and is needed. I queue like the others; my impression takes 10 minutes like anyone else who has something that deserves attention. A 10 minute print for $90 seems to me to be good for the store.

No more in-person service for quick photocopying since they favor Internet orders, according to Manon, photocopy clerk.
Amélie, who comes out of nowhere, follows Manon to go find “the director who was verbally vulgar” of this wholesale office, at the very end of the store.
So, three people protested to make my copies for about seven minutes… I left, put it on Google Maps, wrote “copies” and, boom! A five minute drive away, I found a great place to get my copies made.
Goodbye, lazy service!

This isn't my first experience with Bureau en Gros but today's one particularly upset me.
I bought the wrong notebook and I want to exchange it unfortunately I no longer have the invoice. I tell the cashier when I came last time so she can take out the bill but she doesn't know how to do it... How can an employee at reception not know how to do such a simple task?
As a result, I would go to Hamster next time since they at least have impeccable service!
