An excellent butcher shop! Only positive things to say about this place, freshness and quality of product, careful work, friendly and warm service. They also take care of my game meat and I have never had any unpleasant surprises when defrosting a bag. And what about their new premises, it’s spacious and elegant! I recommend to everyone!

Very very good butcher shop. The butchers are excellent. Precise cuts. It's not very big but this detail doesn't matter much given the quality of the products.

Wow. Wow. And Wow. The quality of the proteins, as well as their seasoning, is impressive. I didn't physically go to this butcher's shop, but my partner brought back some products during his visit. I recommend the Dijon chicken breasts and spinach sausages. What I like most: the taste of the products! It is not fatty, nor salty, nor sweet. The seasoning is just perfect!

Very clean place. Very nice welcome for a first time. Nice variety of frozen and fresh meat. I served my minced meat tourtière du Lac-St-Jean as requested, even if it was usually in cubes. Fast service. It's just the parking that I don't like.

For the moment I cannot give a real rating because I have never bought there but I pass by often. The reason is that I need an overall price before moving. Your site lacks a lot of prices, in fact there are none. I find the site much more promotional than serving and encouraging in my choices. I buy around $1500 per year in vacuum-packed boxes and sometimes extras. Serving the customer is above all about listening to them. The difference between butcher shops as a starting point is not to always start asking the question "how much is that$$$ 1000 times. I don't buy blindly without knowing how much I'm paying. I have a budget and I You have to respect it. That's all!! It's up to you to make the difference, not me to be content with it.
