2 facts 1- I had my gold chain repaired I noticed that the soldering was crooked but that same evening it was broken so I went back and he told me that it was not in the same place as it is broken only the first time, measurement errors exist because yes it was broken in the same place, with poorly done welding. His superior accepts that he resumes the missed service. A week later I go to pick it up, not only is the solder still crooked, but he wants to make me pay for the repairs that were missed.
2- my girlfriend's white gold chain also needed repair, the solder held, but the white gold yellowed when soldered. Another jewelry store informs that they had to redo the rhodium because the heated white gold yellowed except that Perrault only cleaned and dared to put the chain back in this state.
The service is mediocre, very arrogant, very poor quality repairs, very expensive for a jewelry store that does not listen to its customers and lacks know-how. If I could have given zero stars that's what I would have done.o

I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Bijouterie Perreault, and I must say that the experience was exceptional on every level. I went to them for several reasons: to have my gold ring resized, and to have a white gold bracelet and a gold necklace repaired (soldering). From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional welcome from the staff.
The customer service at Bijouterie Perreault is simply exemplary. Each member of the team was extremely attentive to my needs. I was immediately put at ease, taking the time to discuss my expectations and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. They explained to me in detail the process of resizing the ring and soldering, which really reassured me of their expertise.
The work done on my ring was of impeccable quality. The resizing was done with such precision that the ring came back perfectly fitted, without the slightest visible imperfection. You would never guess that it has been modified. As for the white gold bracelet and the gold necklace, the welding was done with such attention to detail that it is impossible to see where the work was done. These precious pieces have been restored to their original condition, and I am delighted with the result.
Beyond the quality of the work, it is really the customer service that stood out to me. Not only did they meet the agreed deadlines, but they were also very flexible in ensuring that I was completely satisfied before leaving the store. We feel that customer satisfaction is a priority for them, and this is reflected in every interaction.
In summary, Bijouterie Perreault not only offers jewelry work of exceptional quality, but also customer service that makes all the difference. I highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking for a top quality experience, both for the service and the work performed.
