“My package was in good condition, the place is rather small and the employee on site despite the fact that she did not seem to be used to taking care of package pickup, was very patient and checked my identity and the parcel, ensured that it was in good condition and I judge that despite the fact that it is not she who usually takes care of the service (maybe it was (she started working at this place) was of an efficiency appreciated for having been able to understand all the important details before delivering the package and all that with exemplary kindness and good humor”
