The staff inside the store is outstanding. The yard has one employee named Robert who is unpleasant rude and unhelpful. 3 years ago, unbeknownst to me I was blocking his truck and instead of asking politely he yelled at me and then one of the other yard staff physically threatened me. Ken is aware of this and did nothing to discipline/fire these employees. Today, July the 29th I had the misfortune of having to deal with Robert. Rude, unhelpful and impatient. I cancelled my order and explained to one of the employees what had happened. He told me that there were frequent complaints about Robert and that he had also had unpleasant situations dealing with Robert. Ken, if you value local customers, I would suggest that you do something. As long as you don't, I will be shopping at Quesnel in Ste-Marthe. Better prices, better service, free delivery and better quality. Couldn't get to Quesnel so Home depot got my order. Hudson hardware 105$ same order at Home depot 75$.
