I bought a classical guitar to order 3 months ago. The delivery time was supposed to be mid-June…. The deadline was extended. In the meantime, the store sold me another guitar with a buy-back option without any penalty. I thought I would receive my guitar in August, but I received it today. I am very happy with my purchase and I had very good service!

Awesome and very music knowledgeable staff. However selection is obviously smaller than Long and McQuade or the downtown location. But definitely way more knowledgeable and professional than Archambault Mail Champlain.
Have bought multiple items and instruments previously. Good stop and they have smaller music related gifts and wearables for gifts and they sell the coolest gift cards in a gold credit card form.

Rude staff, used inventory, almost took home a kit with missing pieces…I purchased an electronic drum set from this location and before taking it home, I realized 1 drumhead and 1 cymbal were missing from the kit. They claimed they sold it to another customer so they said they’ll ship me a brand new one in its box. When it arrived, it was a used floor model taken apart from their Toronto location and stuffed into a cardboard box for me to pick up, each piece of the drum hand wrapped in packing paper. Not a very exciting looking gift, in my opinion.
