On arrive devant la pompe pour faire le plein, on paye et aucun employé en vu. On est aller sonner avec une autre cliente et encore une fois pas de réponse, j’ai appeller par téléphone pour vérifier et encore une fois pas de réponse. Peu proffessionnel si quelqu’un était supposer travailler à cette heure. De plus c’est écris qu’ils sont ouvert sur Google. Gérez vous mieu

Readers to pay at the pump H/S for 2 weeks, no paper for receipts for 6 months. They changed the car wash cycle which washes less well. Go get your air miles elsewhere.

The staff who’s working there not professional at all. Disrespectful. They don’t give loyalty to there work. They don’t know how to talk with customers. I will never go to shell gas station next time because of its staff.

Worst customer service ever I bought a 2L liter of pepsi 01/27/2019 arrived at my house I saw the expiry date was 07/16/2018... The next day I go back to get it refund/exchange, the cashier Kassandra tells me that she can't do anything for me that I have to come back and speak with her manager... As if I just had that to do... No initiative to satisfy a long-time customer , I even explained to her that I come 3-4 times a week for gas and my cigarettes, she looked at me laughing.... SHELL 3337 TASCHEREAU It's over for me... you just lost a loyal customer thanks I will just go to the ESSO across the street...

I usually go to this gas station since I moved here for almost 3 years now, and as of 10/04/17 I will not go back, the usual employees know me well and what I ask for is very simple, I got there an a new cashier started never seen her before so I assume she's new, I asked for 40$ at a pump 2 which I also use this girl puts my money on pump 8 and put unlimited gas on my pump two for some reason without me knowing I over pumped and she has a smile on her face about the whole situation, and the manager has no respect for his clients I left my number and name for him to call me and this "adult" has no respect nor any kind of customer service skills to cal land resolve the issue with his clients !
