Terrible customer service.I got a gift, and I have the receipt with me as a picture with the receipt number and the product stopped working after 3 days ( diffuser Dusenza )and the person dosen’t live in the town.The responsible there made it sound impossible to return it as I don’t have the paper receipt or the same card, and tells me that he is strict lool.While I called another Jean Coutu and seems it’s easy to do it with the receipt number and dosen’t have to be the same card, and went so smooth.We appreciate professional people only ,not the one telling me if it’s working you are going back with it.Such a terrible customer service.If the solution can happen in a different location of Jean Coutu, that tells me a lot about this location.Just respect customers and do the job properly because other Jean Coutu solved it in 1 min .This will be escalated for the responsible of this location knows the customer protection right, just because the way he made it complicated.Also when I told him he said call them, with all respect they will contact you.

This branch... I'll just say that on the prescription side I've never had so many bad experiences... the two pharmacists I spoke to in the last two months were extremely condescending and arrogant, the staff are doing their best however and when there are not too many people and the pressure is less the service is passable but otherwise I don't feel treated like a customer. More like another ball and chain that adds a workload, and I don't blame the employees necessarily but more the management and prioritization of the customer experience. A pharmacy is a business and when the customer does not feel well served or welcomed they end up going elsewhere. I believe that despite the high traffic this should not affect the way we manage the business nor the way we treat customers. I miss Vaudreuil's stitched jeans which are the complete opposite in terms of customer experience.I no longer seek advice from this pharmacy, I no longer ask any questions, I pick up my prescriptions and take off. Narcissism and condescension are very present traits in certain professionals who work there.if

The young blond who works at the post office here speaks so low you can hardly understand her. When I made a mistake after I misheard her for whether I wanted insurance on the parcel I was sending, she became rude. Speak clearly or be polite, theres really no reason to be shy then arrogan when someone doesnt understand you.
