They should give a customer service course to the people who work as receptionists in this place. The service sucks. You can stop and wait 20 minutes and they act like you don't exist. I don't recommend this place.

I order an item online to pick up in store. I received the invoice by email from NAPA with the total amount to pay in store including applicable taxes . I drove 58 km to get to the store in Granby. The clerk refused to honor the price that I had on the invoice including taxes that Napa sent me by email . This is a fraud and I will never trust NAPA online order be aware of how they operate.

Je voulais acheter x1 07445. Je vois sur votre site qui c'est stock, nul mention qui faut acheter la boite. Arrive sur lieux on me dit qui faut acheter la boite x20 Vous me vendez la boite comme une garagiste mais fait le gros prix ? De plus si je fais une commande en ligne sur votre site, on peut commander seulement x1. Lol c'est rire de moi.

My serpentine broke on a Friday at 5 p.m., luckily they were open until 5:30 p.m. The employee even came to help me install it in the parking lot. Thank you 1000 times

I spoke to Napa Canada who tell me "order online, pick up in store, get 10%". The store tells me you have to pay online but Napa Canada is clear by calling the 1-800 number, you get the 10% whether you pay online or not. Long conversation with an attendant (like 15 minutes), in the end, offers to refund the difference but persists in saying that's not how it works. I made dozens of orders before or I stayed, it always worked but not in Granby so if you order online and pay in store, expect to have to persist in getting the price of your order.
