First and last time 403 $$ later my problem is not solved the service staff does not listen and rude, coming all the way from Sutton going to Granby to avoid Montreal heavy traffic VW centre ville when I spoke to Stephen this morning concerning the repair am told what do u expect from. A VW from 2017,I have 80.000and the only driver ,morale de l'histoire if I was getting a new vehicle u would have rolled out the red carpet,very disappointed ..... All of that to change 1 ignition coil,car is not running like it should on Drive it jump's so is the reverse,I have been driving VW for 25 years never have had such a bad welcome and service,tell Rose not to scream at customers thx to us u still open and they have jobs.

Very bad experience: once you have paid for your vehicle, you no longer exist, neither sales nor service, your questions bore them and they do not have the answers.
Our new electric vehicle has a lot of computer problems, the service refers us to a helpdesk which refers us to the service, with each new problem it's a madhouse. No one is keen to help us and take the matter in hand, as the service manager told us: 'I listen to you but it's not me who takes care of that, call the helpdesk' and helpdesk: 'it's up to the service to manage this'. I STRONGLY advise against this dealership, we very much regret our purchase.

Parts and service, this is the 2nd time I have called for information (size of my rear brake discs) I am told that they just have the prices not the dimensions (this is really taking customers for fools). I mention to the person (a woman) that the information is available in other Volkswagen garages.
I give him my serial number to check and that's what tells me in a rather *annoying* way that it's not there just to give information.
So who to ask when the manufacturer makes several models for a part.
We should not forget that it is the customers who keep the dealerships alive, the employees should think beyond their noses.
When it's time to change cars, it's guaranteed that I'll go to another garage to purchase it, which is a shame because I've always had good sales service.

I brought my car here to have the clutch system bled. Turns out I had a faulty part.
They replaced the part. This process took about a week. I figured the cost would be high. I asked them how much it would cost. They could not give me an answer on the cost but demanded I come pay immediately.
Anyway, I went and paid. My car issue wasn’t resolved since the problem relied elsewhere.
They were capable of providing me a price on what they thought the problem was but not the bill that I currently had to go pay. Anyway, im not writing the review about that but that’s just one of the things that upset me about them.
At this point, my car still doesn’t start and I chose to send it to another garage. They charged me 2000$ to replace the master slave cylinder and bled the system.
I then had a towing pick up the car to bring it to another garage. ( I never saw the inside of the car)
Volkswagens techniciens left a bunch of parts sitting on the passenger seat.. (as seen on the photos I left attached to this review).
I went directly to them and spoke about it but they said it wasn’t them.
The second garage I went to said it wasn’t them. Although I know it was Volkswagen because they had spoken to me about my dashboard as they went to mess around in it. Maybe to access the master slave clutch cylinder.
Extremely disappointed. We pay a premium for a dealership service and I had my worst experience.
I would not recommend anyone to go to a dealership especially not this one.

Phew, arm yourself with patience and lower your expectations. I purchased a used vehicle from Granby Volkswagen and let me tell you that it was my worst vehicle delivery experience. To begin with I do the test drive everything is fine and I go ahead with the purchase. I am offered a delivery date of June 26. I suggest June 28 because there are a few small dents that I would like to have repaired before delivery to make it look as good as possible. I am told that it cannot be further because it must be released before the end of the month for the figures, it is very important. On the 28th I'm going to pick up my new car. Outch..poorly fixed exterior mirror, a few scratches which normally should have left during polishing, traces of polishers on the entire vehicle, interior poorly or earlier not cleaned at all, disappointment. They gave me a new appointment the following Wednesday, telling me that we would do a major cleaning, what they call a refurbishment, they need the vehicle all day because it's a big job. So I am leaving the dealership on June 28. The next day I do not take the vehicle. The day after tomorrow I'm going to do a little errand, oops the check engine is on. So I leave a message on the dealership's voicemail for their mention (it's Canada Day Sunday), normal. No news from them following my message. In the meantime I hear a noise in the front wheel which seems to me to come from a loose brake pad in the caliper. Wednesday morning 8:00 a.m. I arrive for my refurbishment appointment, I mention the noise and they tell me, ha there's the check engine too. Ok so you took the message and no one called me. good OK. At 2:00 p.m. they call me to tell me that the mechanics are finished but that for the polishing it will be a bit tight to do it today.. WHAT???.. they offer me a courtesy for the following day! No, I live 55 minutes from Granby, I don't want to go get a courtesy call for the day! In addition, I had mentioned that I needed my car because the next day I had an appointment to tint my windows. So I cancel my appointment for the windows and give them an extra day. It's Thursday, July 4th, I'm going to get my car, the exterior is well repaired but the interior is still nothing done... anger rises and the patient leaves the ship. The next day I left a message for Mr. Sébastien Blais, director, and the sales director and even today I have no idea of the tone of their voices... It seems to be a way of working in this dealership, the no return call. I ended up talking with Stéphane at the service the next day and he mentioned that I am going camping in Granby and that I will pick up my vehicle Thursday morning when I return. I told him that I want him to imagine buying this vehicle and that it is clean. Monday 4:30 p.m. I make a surprise visit. .. I'm told they're going to do it Thursday morning.. hey no, I'll leave it to you.. get ahead of myself as I see your motivation to sort out the domestic cleaning situation.... phew.. I tell him that I want it on Wednesday because I'm leaving Thursday morning, not starting it on Thursday..I don't understand the procrastination... Finally Wednesday morning at 7:45 a.m. I call the service to tell them that given the weather we are going to leave our campsite at the beginning of the afternoon. Never got a return call. I called myself to find out if it was ready, ha yes it's ready.. phew I think the phones don't have a keypad there.. I take my vehicle and there are still stains on the roof. .. I'm full of it...... I take it like that and leave.. result as of July 10: a car not yet clean and no tinted windows...... hellish experience.. If you have the option of somewhere else to buy, take a detour.

I recently rented a VW from GRANBY VW, my experience was fantastic. Victor Boudreault advised me on the choices to make and Gabrielle Demers (finance) explained and guided me towards wise choices. We all show great honesty and patience. I highly recommend Granby VW, for a new or used car they have a very large choice. Regarding the purchase of my car, the prices were very reasonable. Thanks to the whole team and also Vincent who was outstanding in explaining to me all the little things about my new acquisition
