“Went in for a faulty credit card. The person at client services counter. Immediately brought us into her office and contacted master card, the usual long wait on the phone only took 3 seconds. She explained the situation to the master card client care person. The problem was resolved in 5 min, we modified the nip and everything was fixed. Amazing service, not sure if the persons name, but it was Tuesday early afternoon.”
