I ordered ubereats so this is both bad on Walmart and also ubereats for buying this but, I received a head of lettuce that's completely rotten. This should never have been left on your shelf.

No open cashier! Just self-served machine!We don't get paid to do this job! If they want us to scan our own things, they should give us a minimum of 15% discount and/or a salary!

I decided to do curbside pick-up because I had a new strain of Covid I contracted while travelling, I was in isolation and wanted to avoid going in, but there was a minor issue with my order and the customer service manager basically forced me to go in (putting everyone else at risk) instead of solving things on the phone, when the order wasn't even billed, could have been easily solved, but no, they wanted me to manually hand a receipt at the counter, a receipt that they would print themselves. Makes no sense! Why would I requear curbside otherwise? They don't care about their customers and employees health. Now I have to report the incident to authorities.

Wish I could give no stars never in my life have I have had some one be so down right disrespectful to me in my life.. I lefted the store in tears and shaking.. I will never ever go here again and I will take it as far up the ladder as possible..

Stuff on shelf in wrong place and they will not give it to me for that price...no wonder I hardly ever shop here anymore. Plus noone to help at self checkout ... short staff...terrible customer service! Never again walmart...will order on Amazon and have delivered to my door!!!

Huge store, annoying to find things.An item I scanned at the self check out. Flagged down an associate, they called for somebody to check it. I foolishly waited at the scan station for 10-15 mins. During that time one other person checked on me and called again for an associate. I waited some more, nobody came. Staff otherwise seemed nonchalant about this; so I left the item behind and completed my transaction. Frustrating. Oh well.

There is only self checkout, which is poorly managed and absolutely inefficient. Prices scan wrong and there's nobody to correct it. People with big families who need many items and those with disabilities basically can no longer shop here. Management has no regard for clients.

Some of the worst employees ever. Everyone is rude, sarcastic, or will just flat out pretend not to hear you and walk away. I'll take my business to Super C in the future

April 19@ 7:50pm - Staff super rude, thought I was being nice by letting the door person and his buddy security that there were no carts left inside, I got a look and a comment “your cart is working?”. I said are you not able to let someone know? They directed me to make a complaint online so here you go. A lady that came in right after me said the same thing to them and got same response. Complained to manager, left number for a follow up call on how situation was handled. Great customer service Walmart Plateau…

I bought a final sale item. Helium tank to make balloon. When i went home the tank was empty i tried to return it but they said they could not do anything. I tried to talk to the managers but he said he could stay here all day if he wants. The store manager didnt want to talk she just passed by without facing me saying no.

Worst experience yet! The associates are rude, impolite and do not seem to value the client. The one associate Khady told me that I spoke too much and gave me lots of attitude because I questioned the receipt saying that i had 90 days to return an item when she was telling me I had 30 days. They should hire young people who are friendly and professional. I am falling customer service over this incident and will email the District manager as well.
