They're liars!! In 2019 I am renting a 2019 Toyota Corolla manual car with the 5-year or 100,000 km PLATINUM extended warranty which also includes the same services as CAA but with Toyota. It was my first new car! After a few years, my bell broke (which was really weird) but he repaired it saying that he had a recall for his... surprise... I didn't know about it!! The following year, my engine light came on and my car no longer wanted to move (oil change every 6 months) so I called Toyota service (CAA) to have me towed, surprise.. I no longer had warranty. I called Toyota to find out what was going on.. I was told the warranty ended in January 2019 when I took possession of the car on October 31, 2019... my car has 60,000 km!!
I had to pay 8 hours of labor (because they couldn't find the problem on their own car) plus towing and everything to tell me that I had put in bad GAS!! 8 hours of costs to make me say that!! Ridiculous !! 2 months later surprise my light comes back on.. I say to myself that's enough I change car.. so I see a salesman and go to see my car and tell me phew your light is on but it's correct your warranty ends on October 31, 2024 ..??? For a sale... I tell you it's moving. They even find the problem with the engine light curiously ? and pass the bill on the manufacturer's warranty it costs me $0.. the time before $2300 and of course they don't want to reimburse me because "I put in bad GAS " ? we agree that I'm in good shape $%#*!!! I have the car fixed "for free" the 2nd time.. I get my car back my windshield (which was totally in perfect condition) is broken!!! But it's not them!!! In the end... I definitely buy or rent more with them. They're scammers!!

We appreciated the service we received from Mr. Saad he is a good man who explains to the client and helped to speed the process to finalize the purchasing agreement in short time and communication is very good to update each level of procedures we thank him in particular and TOYOTA in general.

Visited when it was closed to go see what was available, not the greatest selection on the lot but I imagine they have stock elsewhere.
We have an appointment next weekend - we'll see how it goes!

Bad purchasing experience for a new vehicle. Major judgment, when you refuse to take the extended warranty. “If you wish to cancel it, it is 100% refundable…”
LIE: They only transferred the full amount to my car loan when I canceled the following week. A big zero! The seller Jai Saad.
No follow-up even after a complaint to the sales department.
The service for the garage is very good and professional.

Overall good experience.
HOWEVER, sales representative told me a price for extended warranty. When I showed up to pay for the warranty, the price he told me "couldn't be offered".
Won't be buying my next vehicle there. Super unprofessional move.. glad you got the sale but won't get me again

The service department of Villa Toyota did not do the work that they billed me for.
The lane assistance camera needed to be changed which cost 134.95$ + tax for the replacement plus another 404.85$ + tax to reprogram. This does not include the cost of the part which is approximately 1100$ + tax. When I picked up the car around 4:30, I noticed that the lane assistance wasn't working and the camera hadn't been properly installed (see picture). When I brought it up at the desk, they said that their technicians were done for the day and I would have to come back tomorrow.
Additionally, I paid for Service 1 (which includes fluid checks) and my invoice mentions they topped up the windshield washer. However, as I was leaving the car had an alert that it was low on windshield washer. I came back and pointed this out at the desk. They also mentioned it would be remedied when I came back.
This is not the first time that the service department at this particular dealership does sloppy work and they never offer any compensation. I happy to share additional details and pictures of the dated invoices with anyone who is having second thoughts about doing business with Villa Toyota.
