“I recently made my way into Mastermind toys, just to be greeted by some very helpful, knowledgeable employees regarding store products. I work with children with special needs and was specifically looking for some great fidgets for my students. Hunter and Issac in particular were a great help! “The best store in Ottawa for nursery furniture. They sell a variety of beautiful wood furniture and have many sets in store to view. Many are customizable. We ordered the Natart Taylor set with the bed conversion kit. It took some time for all the pieces to come in because it’s custom made in Ontario, but the communication with the store was great and they let us know the day it came in. Delivery to the front door was provided. I’m very happy with the quality of the product and service. I am sure we will use the furniture for years to come.”

I submitted a very large buylist, and everything was processed accordingly, and I was provided store credit in a timely manor. “Had the most wonderful experience here today as soon-to-be first time parents to discover the gender of our baby! We came in and explained our plan to one of the employees and they were absolutely amazing with helping us to execute it exactly as we hoped! We picked our bear and 2 outfits (a 'boy' and a 'girl' outfit), and gave them at the cash with the envelope containing the gender and the bear was secretly dressed and boxed for us to take home to reveal. The stuffing process included a very cute little ceremony while we put our love and wishes into the 'heart' to go inside that definitely made the whole thing an adorable experience. I didn't catch the employees name but they were awesome and definitely helped make this gender reveal so special and better than I'd been hoping for. Thank you so much, great place and experience for all and any any age ?”
