“Bought the Star Wars Venator class cruiser that mistakenly had an unrelated (to this build) piece swapped out for an irreplaceable piece in bag 32. Called ahead and they did their best to solve our problem for us as quickly and painlessly as possible. Thanks to them we finished our build tonight! Thank you so much everyone! “I didn't know what game I wanted to buy for my partner, but Hunter did an incredible job of describing a bunch of games to me in depth. I ended up getting Wingspan, and we've played it 4 times in the past 2 days.
The store is immaculate and has every game you can imagine, all at great prices.
Buying board games can be intimidating, but when you have enthusiastic and knowledgable folks like Hunter helping, it's a breeze. Will definitely be going back.”

“Had the most wonderful experience here today as soon-to-be first time parents to discover the gender of our baby! We came in and explained our plan to one of the employees and they were absolutely amazing with helping us to execute it exactly as we hoped! We picked our bear and 2 outfits (a 'boy' and a 'girl' outfit), and gave them at the cash with the envelope containing the gender and the bear was secretly dressed and boxed for us to take home to reveal. The stuffing process included a very cute little ceremony while we put our love and wishes into the 'heart' to go inside that definitely made the whole thing an adorable experience. I didn't catch the employees name but they were awesome and definitely helped make this gender reveal so special and better than I'd been hoping for. Thank you so much, great place and experience for all and any any age ?”

“Thank you for hiring Patrick. Having a problem with mobility I asked someone (Patrick) for directions where I could find my items. He brought me a chair and he went and searched! You were out of stock, but lived close to another Toys R Us that had them. He picked them up and brought them back to St. Laurent the next day! What amazing service. He was super friendly and so pleasant. Good job and thank you again.”

“I bought my daughter a barbie bike. We assembled it at home and thought there was something wrong with the front rim of the bike. I went back to the store and spoke to the manager. She fixed the problem by showing me that we had not installed the rim properly. Amazing customer service.”
