I had a great service at the Brick on Maloney Bld in Gatineau. They showed me options. They made arrangements for delivery and indicated they will contact us to confirm when they receive the stove range.

Worst customer service ever. Overpromise and under-deliver. No attempt to save the sale by their sales reps. No willingness to build a rapport, which leads to NO sales funnel. I truly believe their leadership is weak and needs better training. It wouldn't surprise me if this was the worst-performing store. Went to Ottawa and the difference was night and day. In Ottawa, they asked smart and strategic questions and delighted us with their recommendations. We will never drop another dollar at this location.

Purchased a lift chair and the chair wasn't assembled correctly and pre-ordered another one and the same problem again. Op Spoke to the manager and there policy is exchange or credit and this is completely unacceptable. Then I got a third one same problem again same respond from the store so I told them that I would keep the chair and that I would just dump it. About 2 weeks after they call me and asked me to come in to discuss the chair. They still wouldn't give me a refund so they asked me to look for a upgrade. Because of pure pressure l Purchased another one and now the chair is extremely uncomfortable. The first chair was $999.00 plus tax plus extended warranty Then the second one cost $1699.00 plus tax plus extended warranty. I'm buying a lift chair because of health issues and I find it's pathetic they took advantage of the situation.

Terrible service. The rep did not know his products nor where to find them and then he and another rep argued as to who would get the commission. Neither got it, we went somewhere else. Tanguay nearby had great service
