I've been purchasing their snowsuits for years but this year, the zipper on the one that I purchased was defective. When I asked Souris Mini about their warranty, they blamed the defect on me and said that I must have put the zipper near a heat source which caused the damage (this is not the case). After much back and forth, they said that the only thing they can do is send me a new zipper and I would need to get it fixed on my own.I'm extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and product quality. I will not shop here again!

The website states that they offer free returns at any time. This is false advertising as they would not exchange a couple of items because they were purchased a few months ago. Both items had the tags on them and had been unused. Left two phone messages that went unanswered. Not impressed with this company or their lack of customer service. I would not recommend shopping there to anyone!

I have been getting the snowsuit for my kids for years in Souris Mini. My opinion was that they have the best snowsuits, super warm and good quality. However, this year I have had a very bad experience. Two weeks ago I got the snowsuits for my daughter and son. After the first use my daughter realized that the jacket lost a button and tear the pocket. She use the jacket for 4 hours, she wasn't playing, she just went to the mall. I sent an e-mail to costumer services, thinking that they will offer me to replace the jacket, but they told me to sent back the jacket to repair it (I am not sure how they will be able to do that), or sent me a button, find someone to put it and in exchange they will send me a gift card for the cost of the repair. I'll send the jacket to them, and maybe I will need to buy a new jacket for my daughter because we are in winter and I can't wait two o three week until they repair the jacket.I can't believe it, it is a new jacket and expensive one!!! Souris Mini lost a client today! Worst Client Services ever!
