They had shoes whose appearance please my young daughter and after a "test drive" around the store for a bit, we're comfortable too. A thumbs up from her, is a thumbs up from me. The staff were pleasant and did NOT talk down to a child, which is something so very many adults default to when addressing them. They didn't ignore her, the customer, in lieu of me, the buyer... which was very professional of them, and was appreciated by me. She'll be wearing the shoes, after all, not I.

Even though sketchers shoes are good and not expensive, BUT the staff of Gatineau branch specially the UGLY supervisor all are so bad, ignorance, and don't respect their customers. If you buy some, even if was not on SALE, and even if the product was defected they will not return it to you at all. On the receipt there is a 14 days return period, it is just a LIE, no return accepted. I called the head office company, no answer, left a message since 10 days, no reply at all. Believe me Sketchers company STEALS customers by intention. SUGGESTION, there are many other respectful stores have all kind of shoes with a very good price YOU MUST BOYCOTT SCKETCHESR IN ORDER TO LEARN HOW TO RESPECT OTHERS.
