I recently moved to Ottawa and was recommended this place by a friend since I didn’t know anyone locally. Communication is key when dealing with customers, and Corey and his team exceeded expectations both times I’ve been here. They ensure nothing is done without your express consent, and they keep you updated at every step, often leaving detailed voicemails about your repair status.
Their prices are fair, and they prioritize your time and money by focusing only on the repairs you came in for—no unnecessary add-ons. Needless to say, I’ll be trusting them with my car for the foreseeable future.
Bonus: They’re car enthusiasts who always compliment my car (which is an older, modified wagon), and I really appreciate that. Thanks, guys! 🌟

This is my first visit to Auto Cité for an exhaust system repair (cutting/welding) and a steering/suspension inspection to identify/adjust a noise. The team is welcoming and are motivated to find and resolve the problem. Plus, they are open to using your coins (a big plus for me).
