“Wish The building was more of a circle since once you get to one side you have to walk a long way to get back to the other side. Lots of different types of stores and good food court.”

“Pedestrian orientated mall in car dependent neighbourhood. Needs a lot more residential density and transit accessibility if the commercial tenants are going to survive. I was there on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and there was almost nobody around. Which is a shame, because this is the type of commercial development Canada needs more of. The neighbouring Parc Central and skate park are very popular.”

“Stopped in 4 stores based on flyer deals . Very efficient . Publisac delivers all the paper flyers and we get what we need based on 25% plus sales. We would use the web based flyers more if they were user friendly.”

“Well maintained parking lot summer and winter. Affordable business located in downtown Gatineau (Aylmer). Cocofrutti always so clean, affordable and the staff always friendly.”

“A standard strip mall. More or less whatever you need you can get here. Parking is sketchy and it is very busy for it's size and capacity. Overall, it's fine and fairly convenient but I would not make a special trip for it.”

“This is the big plaza off boulevard de la Gappe. It's technically called SmartCentres Gatineau, not to be confused with SmartCentres Hull which is on boulevard du Plateau and is considerably smaller. All these plazas kind of look all the same but I have to say that during this Covid-19 Pandemic, I felt much safer walking outside and going to stores in a plaza than in an enclosed mall. This is pretty much the only time in my life when I prefer a plaza to a real shopping mall, considering cold Canadian winters and my aversion to precipitation of all types, lol. This plaza is huge. The main stores are Walmart, Michaels, Dollarama and Winners. There's also a Bulk Barn, Bouclair, GNC, EB Games, L'Équipeur (which is Mark's in the rest of Canada, formerly Mark's Work Warehouse), Golf Town, Ardene, Moore's, Think Kitchen and Structube. For fashion, they have Reitmans, RW & Co, Tommy Hilfiger, Thyme Maternity, Addition Elle, and Aldo. They have a few banks and other services. Food options are limited to Barbie's (a BBQ place), Luxx Deli Bistro, Boston Pizza and Subway. It's nothing too special, but it has a Winners, so extra points for that, lol.”

“Beautiful little shopping center which is renewed frequently, despite a few empty premises...there are: pharmacy, grocery store, bookstore, shoe and clothing stores, large-scale store, pet store, cafe/restaurants, beauty care center, hardware store, hair salons...”

“Great, I didn't have a gift bag and they gave me a big one. Well it had an ad for a makeup brand on it, but when the horse is free you don't complain about the bridle. ;0)”

“They recently renovated this mall. It is called the Canevas Centre now and its quite beautiful inside now. I few new stores and a new central bathroom. They also have an event space that is filled with flora and plants. Excited to see where it goes.”

“I came here for the GAnime convention this weekend! First day completed and had lots of fun with me and my friends.bstafg are kind, lots of cosplayers (experienced and amateur), good food and great way to use the space for something mellow and retro (they set up a game room so you could play a bunch of video games and dance games... I won a lot and lost alot haha). 10/10 would recommend!”
