“Neighborhood shopping center with various service businesses (Jean Coutu, Maxi, SAQ, etc.).
Well done for adding an additional enclosure to bring in the grocery baskets, since the redevelopment of the Provigo into a Maxi. It wasn't a luxury.
All that remains is to improve a little the flow of traffic in the parking lot, which is clearly complicated, among other things, because of the large billboard which obstructs the entry and exit of vehicles.”
“Nice place with a bunch of stores, too bad they all close so early in this part of town. I like to go later when fewer people arround, but this situation is forcing me to do otherwise.
Kind of ironic since they probably close early because of less customer arround thoses hours.
Anyway, I can't wait to go back to the West Coast and get the hell out of here, lol.”
“Pedestrian orientated mall in car dependent neighbourhood. Needs a lot more residential density and transit accessibility if the commercial tenants are going to survive. I was there on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and there was almost nobody around. Which is a shame, because this is the type of commercial development Canada needs more of. The neighbouring Parc Central and skate park are very popular.”
“Stopped in 4 stores based on flyer deals . Very efficient . Publisac delivers all the paper flyers and we get what we need based on 25% plus sales. We would use the web based flyers more if they were user friendly.”

“This is the big plaza off boulevard de la Gappe. It's technically called SmartCentres Gatineau, not to be confused with SmartCentres Hull which is on boulevard du Plateau and is considerably smaller. All these plazas kind of look all the same but I have to say that during this Covid-19 Pandemic, I felt much safer walking outside and going to stores in a plaza than in an enclosed mall. This is pretty much the only time in my life when I prefer a plaza to a real shopping mall, considering cold Canadian winters and my aversion to precipitation of all types, lol. This plaza is huge. The main stores are Walmart, Michaels, Dollarama and Winners. There's also a Bulk Barn, Bouclair, GNC, EB Games, L'Équipeur (which is Mark's in the rest of Canada, formerly Mark's Work Warehouse), Golf Town, Ardene, Moore's, Think Kitchen and Structube. For fashion, they have Reitmans, RW & Co, Tommy Hilfiger, Thyme Maternity, Addition Elle, and Aldo. They have a few banks and other services. Food options are limited to Barbie's (a BBQ place), Luxx Deli Bistro, Boston Pizza and Subway. It's nothing too special, but it has a Winners, so extra points for that, lol.”
“Top-notch mall An abundance of stores and boutiques Pretty much everything that you're looking for Is available From what I've seen the prices are quite reasonable The product sold For the most part Are quality”
“Ideal place for people like me with a weakness for older people when it comes to long term relationships. The food court is perfect for finding love between two AW cafes. I remember it as if it were yesterday, my beautiful Denis... We shared a brown chopped potato until our lips touched, then we succumbed to temptations and went to the family toilets with the largest cabins for some secrecy. My first love, rest in peace.”
“It is a shopping center hidden in the basement of a building... for a month I passed by it every day and I didn't know what was inside... one day for another reason I entered and I was surprised by the number of shops and restaurants they have. inside! Of course, almost everything closes at 3 or 4 in the afternoon! But it's cool! Because you avoid the heat, rain or cold outside and you have tables to sit at.
You have everything from bakery/cafe/pastry, to Japanese, sushi, Turkish, sandwiches, fried chicken and other options! I recommend it to you!”
“Nice place except with those in the morning who are going to take their teenagers to school and who cut walks through the parking lot thinking that it will go faster! Well no, they receive deliveries at that time!”
