If you read the last two reviews one is dated from three years ago the customer service is still unchanged in 2023. You will get the same one. Customer service associates didn’t greet and was very haughty. They were very loquacious among themselves and was not helpful. The two times I went there i spent > $200 and the second time for accessories I got the same holier than thou attitude, helpless and hollow in store customer service. So customers be prepared when entering this store you will be greeted as Casper the ghost! And help yourself. I guess Management won’t do anything. So, à bon entendeur salut!

We came in Thursday night and staff were very unhelpful. They did not greet us or offer any help. They seemed too busy with their conversation instead. I really like the clothing here but for the price you pay you should expect some service.

It's my favorite professional clothing store, however, the current market situation makes it impossible to have adequate service.So I picked up around fifteen items in my arms without any saleswoman coming to help, I went to the fitting rooms and finally someone helped me put the items there. I tried my things on but no one ever came to see if everything was okay so I couldn't swap sizes or try something else even if I wanted to.I purchased for almost $400 without having any service which seems completely confusing in terms of sales/customer service. And to tell the truth, I was missing some items but as I didn't have service I decided to pay for my purchases and not insist any further.

Staff was unhelpful and unwelcoming , I was interested in a white top but it had a red spot on it , when I asked the salesperson she said you can wash it at home !I ‘ve always liked their collections but the staff attitude is a turn offThe train yard branch is reasonableI tried the Bayshore and again the senior staff lady was not helping and didn't even want to help me find the right size and I ended buying the wrong size

I adore. I am 5 feet 8, I finally found pentalongs in my size. The choice of colors is MAGNIFICENT. It's a really nice store with beautiful quality clothes. In addition, the service I had this morning was really up to par. The young man really helped me with the sizes and colors. He was pleasant and very polite. I don't know his name but it was Thursday morning May 23, 2019 around 9am.

The place will be bankrupt soon! Not only is the choice of colors questionable, but the clothes are upside down as if you were at Winners. Also, the pants are too short. 32 being the maximum length available in all stores. Finally the cuts leave something to be desired and what to say about the general presentation of the shop; Wow! If ever you are the rare bird, 5 feet 8 or less, who likes this false haberdashery, well hurry up to buy because the doors will close soon, and even Saint Vincent de Paul will refuse to take the clothes that will remain free of charge.
