You take the trouble to order online days in advance only to be told that another customer would have taken the item instead of theirs (lack of supervision). EDIT the owner really likes this business, reminded me and apologized to try solutions. At least made up 3/5 if you have a problem with a similar situation you will be willing to find solutions.

I had a disappointing experience in this RONA store when returning a product. I purchased a garden hose that started leaking immediately after connecting it to my water system. Despite video proof of the defect, the returns process was complicated and the owner resistant, insisting there was no leak when tested at the store's tap. He also claimed that all of Canada uses the same water pressure, eliminating the possibility that the leak could be due to an incompatibility of water pressure or garden hose connectors.
Eventually he agreed to test it with a garden hose, which confirmed the leak, but the whole interaction was very unpleasant. The staff was more understanding, but the owner's attitude and refusal to acknowledge the problem with the product made the process unnecessarily painful. A more customer satisfaction oriented approach would be appreciated to deal with such obvious product defects.

Good morning,Every time I have been to this particular Rona store, I have never felt so welcomed and taken care of. The employees are incredibly professional, they have the knowledge and abilities necessary to answer my needs and questions. I can completely trust them for the rest of my projects. In addition, I was able to meet the 2 owners who are totally fabulous. They listen to their customers, always with a smile and they give their 110% so that their customers are satisfied whatever their needs. I live in an area where there is another Rona. To my great satisfaction at Rona Boulevard Maloney, I prefer to make a detour to be sure to have the service I am looking for and to be able to leave with peace of mind with everything I need. Every time I go there I am satisfied and it always exceeds my expectations.

It's not what it used to be! The last 2 times we went there, we were really disappointed. Bad advice for our bathroom caulking - result, everything has yellowed and it has to be redone. 2nd: repair of a mosquito net - frame came back all crooked and we can't even install it. Went back to show them the problem...well, it's not their problem. Another deal that we paid for for nothing! We're going to do it ourselves! Thank you very much for your service, it was the last time....

The items are not placed in the right place & he refuses to apply the consumer law for his price hours by telling me that it is up to me to check in addition that his system for checking prices does not work & that I have to believe it…. Bad store of all sorts!
