Completely dubious and even illegal sales practice. The salesman Alejandro Penaranda and his sales manager extorted $500 from my work colleague under the pretext that the vehicle deposit was not refundable. My colleague asked to see the signed documents, and as if by magic, they were destroyed by the dealership. All legal modalities have been respected to request the refund of the deposit. This is bad faith on the part of the dealer. I didn't think that in 2024, such dishonest practices could still exist.

Never again. Having a new vehicle delivered to me in February with rims and winter tires and discovering that my mags in the suitcase are all scratched. Great! The big guy says it was my partner who scratched them and he doesn't care. Go there for service, you big shit. I tell them my transmission has problems, they ask me if the vehicle has gas inside. Yes. Perfect, we'll be able to go get some pizza while laughing. I'm going back to get my RV, he's not backing up!!!! Instead of laughing at me, you should have checked. Obviously no courtesy vehicle. Obliged to call my partner back to come pick me up. 2 vehicles purchased there, yes to sell are fine goods. For the rest we will come back. Complaint made to Mitsubishi Canada. When they found out it was one of their best dealerships, they washed their hands of it.Never again.You have been warned.

I discovered that my car had scratches and even though they seemed very busy they still took my car to repair it and wash it, all for free. Excellent service, I recommend 100%

What they offered for my car trade in was a joke. I got 4k more in another Mitsubishi dealership. Don't bother with this dealership, they are just interested in ripping you off. And be aware of their fake reviews.

Honestly, the experience is always positive and the people are very welcoming and kind.
But …
Almost impossible to speak to a service employee to make an appointment. I have called 5 times since the week and left a message and no call back.. vehicle needs an oil change.. checking three other things but unable to get an appointment..
It's frustrating for a customer who pays such a large amount for a vehicle to find themselves having so much trouble with just making an appointment.. I'm going to call again hoping for a response from you.!

Raymond, I don't have time to do a call but to provide you more detail, one of the things your dealership does not seem to do but other do is provide a car service to the Ontario side instead of having the customer wait. It would be helpful if that could be added.
