108 Third Ave, Ottawa“I have an online business with postal parcels shipped to customers - mostly to the USA - but also to other places around the world on a regular basis. Therefore I am constantly at the Alta Vista Dr post office on behalf of my business. Service is always very good from everyone who serves me. Katie is particularly very efficient, knowledgeable and personable and has gone out of her way to get answers to my business related questions.”

This is the future of mail. We must pay attention to all mistakes in order for this mail to have a good future. The future of employees in the mail is credibility and good treatment with customers. Customers must respect the role of waiting. This is the future. For everyone”

58 Sparks St., Ottawa“On Canada Day, I was walking along Sparks Street, checking it out after not having being in this area for a good decade, at least. I saw Canada Post. Two instances of it. Practically across from each other. Did I need to book an eye test immediately? Maybe. I needed to dig into this weirdness some more. We can't have a confused tourist, let alone confused me.59 Sparks Street is this Yelp listing. When you look at the building, it has Post Office above the main entrance, with two lion statues on either side of it. It looked like there were other businesses in this building, but nothing that screamed post office.I had to do a bit of digging. This location was known as Ottawa Postal Station B. It's considered a cultural heritage site as of September 2018.I can't tell what this building's purpose is now. What I do know is that the current full-service Canada Post across the street at 58 Sparks Street replaces services from 59 Sparks Street. This post office at 58 Sparks Street was formerly the Ottawa Electric Building. It has been around since 1926 by Albert Ewan, an architect for the Ottawa Electric Company. This company was both an electrical utility company. It also ran electric streetcars back in the day. Fascinating! So, looking at the reviews for this listing, my guess is that everyone is commenting on the services back in 2019 and earlier at the old post office. For current Canada Post services, such as mailing a parcel and renting a mailbox, you want to go across the street to the Canada Post with the Ottawa Electric Building name above the red Canada Post sign.(255)”

2339 Ogilvie Rd, Ottawa“I have always had such great experiences with the staff at this Canada Post. Even when I'm not in the best mood waiting for packages the staff continuously goes above and beyond for me and I appreciate it so much! The day staff is great but I usually deal with Johnathan at night he's usually by himself with a large line dealing with everyone as quickly as possible with a smile. Really exceptional service!”

2515 Bank St, Ottawa“I feel obligated to leave this review as a previous review was very unkind to the girl who helped me today, Fatima. She was exceptionally helpful when I had several questions and helped me trouble shoot the best way to send my parcel. She handled multiple customers with different issues at a high-pressure time of year (week before Christmas) and was friendly in her service to all. I agree with other reviewers that this office should have better staffing at peak hours, as a line can quickly build with only one person working. That said, Fatima was a credit to her office today and I had a great experience in her capable hands.”

Her name is Thorlein, she demonstrate very professional approach to resolve a problem. Also would like to mention facility manager in Toronto Scott B - in very complicated case didn't give up and provide very good customer service. Thanks Canada Post for having employees like them.”
“Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have been attending this post office for years and unlike what a couple of people have said, they are not slow, nor are they rude. Rather, the full-time staff have been both helpful expedient in my experiences. The service industry isn't fluff and people shouldn't judge others because they weren't spoken to with a soft and poetic tone.”
