I rarely leave reviews but I can't resist this one. First appointment No show no call I receive a text the next day saying that the man is too ill and that he has slept all day which I understand so I reschedule another appointment again no show no call.
The next day I received another text message that the man had food poisoning. I explain to him that he is wasting my time and that a text message takes 10 seconds to cancel clients. He tells me that he doesn't care about his company and that his health comes first. His bad flu and his poisoning obviously prevented him from sending a quick text. So please don't do business with him, lack of professionalism. Someone who says to a client that I’m worried about my business says a lot…..

I made an appointment, and 1 hour after the appointment. is not there and especially no call or message. Lack of respect towards customers.
