Neighborhood shopping center with various service businesses (Jean Coutu, Maxi, SAQ, etc.).
Well done for adding an additional enclosure to bring in the grocery baskets, since the redevelopment of the Provigo into a Maxi. It wasn't a luxury.
All that remains is to improve a little the flow of traffic in the parking lot, which is clearly complicated, among other things, because of the large billboard which obstructs the entry and exit of vehicles.

We frequent this place for 2 reasons in particular: Zeus (my husband and my boys love going there especially when they have special coupons! ?) And La Folie des candies for the superb variety of candies from here and elsewhere or retro, Prime drinks that you can't find anywhere (unique flavors or limited editions) and also for bubble tea, although the quality of the drink has changed since the return of the pandemic (more liquid, less "slushie " and the blander taste...) and costs have obviously increased. Sometimes there is the possibility of finding small bargains at the dollar store next door too. :)
