Thanks for any help. I was at the convenience store across the street. Purchase and everything. I have limitations. I had to change sides of the street to get to my house. The white bearded man refused to call me a taxi.

YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO ANY OTHER GAS STATION.Absolutely disgusting behavior from a service industry. Petro is my only gas station I use, i will never return to this one to many rude workers and can't even do one of the simplest jobs in the world.

No customer service skills whatsoever. They also are slow. The other day early in the afternoon, I prepaid at the pump, grabbed the fuel pump handle, selected the fuel type and then waited forever for them to click their button and let me start fueling up. I could see the cashier standing and looking through the window, but nothing was happening. I waved and still nothing. I pressed the "help" button, and he cancelled my transaction and said "you have to prepay". (?!!) This is happening way too often. What a waste of time!

I used to like this gas station! Every week i fill up my gas in this place but not anymore! Would not even care to go back! The employee named Merielle is so rude! We were just asking but she was so rude about it! I would not recommend even my friends to fill their tank up here! Merielle, if you have a problem at home don't bring it to your work place! Your company will lose customers because of you! I've been filling up my gas for a yr in this gas station but not anymore! It was a disappointing day! I had a great day since it's my birthday but you ruined it!

Terrible service. Do not recommend going here at all. The individual working lacked a lot of common sense. Did not allow me to fill up my tank. Told me to prepay. Incredibly discriminating. I even offered to leave my card with him as I did not know how much I would need to fill up my tank. Very disappointed with the customer service. I was the only person there.

Love Petro Canada for my car. Their point card is always a plus too. But when I went yesterday (February 2nd) the lady who served me wasn’t wearing her mask while serving me... i understand it’s hard to wear for a long time. But as a health worker I wanna remind people to stay safe! A plastic between two people DOES NOT protect you entirely from this virus. Stay safe everyone. Please wear your mask!
