Don’t trust what they say and advertise on their site and others as they don’t abide by the standards they’ve set, complete the tasks listed and frankly do a bad job. They also said they would use a good kind of paint, yet they used bottom of the barrel stuff yet charged me the same. Waste of time choosing colours from SW when home dept paint matching doesn’t work (they had to get additional paint and the colours are different). I hired them thinking they were experienced and meticulous. I had a crew of 4 come by my place which included the owner and the job was poorly and carelessly finished and felt like a rush job. They came back for touch ups and rolled one of my main floor walls with a dirty roller (30 ft lol). I was also told it was a professional paint job and made to seem off my rocker, but they put in a full day and redid multiple walls, messing some up in the process as aforementioned. They claim that “real painters don’t use tape”, but the lack of clean lines and paint on my carpet, baseboards, floors, railing, door stoppers etc say otherwise. They didn’t bring materials to clean up aside from a paint saturated old rag (it stained other wood surfaces in my place), and asked me for a broom (there was drywall dust, paint and other debris everywhere). The drywall repairs were poorly done and more significant repairs should never be done in two days, learn from this post. They even made holes in some of my walls which they had just painted with their ladders. The crew was nice but the owner was rude on multiple occasions, had no service skills and sat on his phone texting his gf while the crew worked. I’m having to get my house repainted and certain walls repaired. I’m not getting them repainted because I’m particular; I’ve had friends come over who notice issues since they are glaring and all over. Don’t waste your time and money. I’m honestly flabbergasted at their high rating, but agree with the other 1 star and considering they’ve been around for 20 years and have 40 review and run promos for ‘advertising’…I’ll say no more except that the owner will likely say I wasn’t a customer. I regrettably was.

Guillaume and his team are incredible at there craft , my place looked transformed and the team did a nice clean up after the job.. Don’t think twice just hire them.Thierry

Guillaume and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job on painting my house interior. They arrived promptly, got straight to work patching holes, and took tremendous care in their work. The cut lines around all outlets and edges was done exceptionally well. At the end of the job, we all did a thorough review of all walls and the team fixed any minor spots right away. Lately, the team made sure to leave my house just as clean as when they came in. I highly recommend Peinture Gatineau Ottawa to anyone and will certainly employ them again for my future painting needs.Service: Interior painting

I had an amazing experience with this company. The owner Guillaume went above and beyond to make my house look great. I had the exterior painted - bricks, wood, vinyl, stucco, metal. All look consistently nice. They also use a very good paint quality (Sherman Williams). Price was very fair. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
