Refus d’échanger une bague achetée la journée d’avant car quelques saletés dessus que j’ai pu enlever moi même avec un peu d’eau… Ne me dites pas que vous ne nettoyez jamais les bagues avant de les vendre. Puisque l’argument de la revente etait le seul mentionné…. je ne retournerais plus là-bas…

I went to the Pandora store on the promenade today to exchange a ring that I had purchased online. The service was quick and hassle free not too much questioning and I loved that.

With the gift receipt and the proof of purchase I still wasn't able to do a return. Service staff was not at all helpful.

My poor 11-year-old son had the most disturbing and upsetting experience in the Les Promenades Gatineau Pandora store. He purchased a charm of a heart and arrow and was told that if he changed his mind it could be returned. Once he came out of the store he asked me if a heart and arrow meant "love for a mom or romantic love" so I explained that it's usually a sign of romantic affection. His reaction was "I have to go back in and change something". He then returned a minute later crying because they said it could not be returned because it was final sale. He was not told this nor was it noted on the receipt that he couldn't return it. I escorted him back to the store and calmly asked to have it returned however, they refused. After calmly standing my ground for almost an hour the staff began to get quite rude, even to the point of a sales lady cursing right in front of him and other customers. The store manager then came into the store, refused to offer the refund and then her boyfriend came into the store and started telling us to leave and then started swearing at my 15-year-old daughter saying that I was being a B#@*#. At this point, we were all so distraught and intimidated that I ended up calling mall security, had to fill out a report and they felt so bad that they offered us an escort to our car. The sad part is that this experience ruined his yearly tradition of buying me a charm and of course, he ended up not being able to get his hard-earned money back, which breaks my heart!!I submitted a detailed complaint to head office, and was told all they could do but offered a 25% coupon off any online purchase... which is no help two days before Christmas. It's really too bad that this whole situation even had to happen and that nobody seems to want to do anything about it :(

Worst service ever! The employee were rude and made up policies on the spot that dont match the policies of the store. Make sure what u bought is right because they have the worst return sevice. Rude staff.

Really bad location stood in line for an hour. Only two girls working there but their was a total of four people. This isn't the first Pandora location that has poor service I'm starting to think Pandora hires just anybody and don't care about their clients

Shop to avoid. The after-sales service is lousy and does not comply with Pandora policies. Ultimately, I question the legitimacy of this franchisee in relation to Pandora policies. For a 10 min. In addition, Pandora at the St-Laurent shopping center is the place to go for purchases and returns in store.

They do not respect Pandora's guarantees and do not accept exchanges of a bracelet that is too large for a small one purchased online. The employees say that the owner does not want it because he is a Franchisee and not a Cooperative. I bought twice at Les Promenades again, I will never go back there, I will drive a few more kilometers to get service.

I shopped with them for the first time recently and the employees made me a customer for life! Good advice and a lot of patience for me who didn't know at all what to buy at first. 10/10! :)
