I wanted to share my short, but fruitful interaction. I had to make a return (RMA) of my motherboard and inadvertently I decided to recycle my box and my plastic cover for the processor. Ordinatek provided me with the cutlery, an anti-static bag and even packaging for mailing. A big thank you!

Fast, courteous and trustworthy service! Initially, I went to geeksquad. I was told that I would have to send my laptop in to be repaired and probably replace the existing battery which would have taken about 3 weeks according to their estimate plus all the additional costs. I decided to get a second opinion from computerk; the problem in question had nothing to do with my battery and everything was resolved in less than 24 hours and also ended up paying less than half of the price initially estimated at the geeksquad!
