I would say this is the best place to repair your car. There are garages that charge you 2x 3x the price but not at NAPA AUTO PRO. They are honest and professional. Never overload and what's more, the job is done properly. I have done several repairs here on a car which is extremely expensive to repair at the dealer. Always ask for Eric.

Paid for a pre-purchase inspection and they never noticed that the radiator support was cracked and the crossmember was crooked. Then they said the caliper was seized and wanted to replace the whole thing (very expensive) when it was only one sliders pin that needed to be greased. Inspection worthless and they take advantage of people. They don't make safeties, they sell jobs. Avoid if possible.Services: Vehicle Inspection

I bought a battery and after 6 months I had to boost the car every time I wanted to use it. I went back to see them with the invoice and they refused to replace it, telling me that I have something that is draining the battery and I have to have the vehicle inspected, so I went to see the dealership it cost me $100 and he found that it was the battery that was not charging I went back to see them and they refused to replace it. I would never return to this place, it's crossers.Service: Battery

I know NAPA for great services but they need to trained their staff specially on the counter to be polite on customers because 1st impression will come from them. Listen and respect your customer.
