It's always a pleasure to visit this family lighting store. The value for money, as well as the pre- and after-sales service, are simply unrivaled in the region. I wouldn't go anywhere else. We have purchased almost all of our lighting fixtures, both indoor and outdoor, here, and we continually receive compliments. Stores offering such human service are rare today.

Malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée, le personnel était souriant, courtois et disposé à nous aider sans mentionner l'heure de fermeture. Choix abondant pour tous les goûts et besoins. Bien rangé nous pouvons trouver ce que nous cherchons rapidement. Bien structuré. Stationnement gratuit sur la propriété qui est lui aussi bien entretenu.

Issues with damaged items upon receipt, in person at the store.
Explanations are like Russian roulette for special order items.
You take a chance and that's it.
For a first experience, it will be the last.
Information regarding a dimmer, ELV, was missing to comply with the manufacturer's requirements.
For experts, there is a big shortfall.
Seeing the lack of interest of this business towards customers, I must understand that this situation is the norm and for me, all future purchases will be elsewhere than at. MULTI LIGHTING FROM GATINEAU.

Grossly overpriced, I saw identical products at Home Depot for 250$ while multi luminaire was selling Chinese clones from brands I've never heard of for 1200$.Also found other brand names they had at HD that were sold as clone products for 5 times the price.I would basically strongly advise shopping elsewhere, they are committing FRAUD.This store is an absolute scam, AVOID!
