Unprofessional Conduct and Mismanagement of Appointment:Extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. Had a confirmed appointment to view a vehicle, only to be told upon arrival that it had been sold the previous evening. Wasted time and money on travel expenses with no compensation offered.Unprofessional and unreliable.Overall, this experience was unprofessional, unreliable, and I cannot recommend this dealership to others."

Pire service a la clientèle pour service de réparation... Aucune classe et aucune possibilité de faire vérifier un véhicule si pas de montbleu aussi pas de technicien donc 1-2 mois d'attente pour réparer on m'a clairement dit de faire mettre sur towing et aller ailleurs wow. J'y étais pas aller en plus de 5 ans a cause de cela mais j'avais une urgence mais bon rien a changé c'est pas un endroit pour faire réparer de quoi

J’aimerais commencer par dire que j’ai reçu un excellent service du représentant des ventes Samuel, cependant le directeur des ventes Stéphane offre un service exécrable. Je suis aller voir un véhicule usagé en personne le Jeudi soir. Le véhicule en question est affiché a 19,000$ autant sur leur site web que sur FaceBook Marketplace. Je conviens avec Samuel d’un rendez-vous le lendemain midi pour faire un essai routier et inspecter le camion pendant qu’il fait jours… 1 heure avant notre rendez-vous le directeur des ventes décide de changer le prix a 26,350$. J’entre en communication avec Samuel qui m'assure que le window sticker est a 19k et qu’ils vont honorer le prix, je me déplace sur place de Mayo a 45 minutes de route avec mon amis mecanicien, on perd notre temps pendant 45 minutes a inspecter le véhicule et faire un road test pour finalement me faire dire par Stephane qu’il reçoit ce genre de camion en echange 1 fois par année comme si ca justifiait ces pratiques a la con. Il semblait surpris que je lui dises que je remettrai pas les pieds dans son dealership, ca vous donne une idée du personnage. A éviter avec leurs pratiques déloyales. Il prétende maintenant qu’il a été réduit a 26350$ et qu’il était affiché a 29 850$, ce qui est totalement faux.

Pire expérience de service a la clientele que jai jamais vue !! Jai laisser mon ford f350 2019 après près de 2 mois toujours pas de nouvelle et aucun suivi et surtout mon camion ne demarree pas ... rosanne et son directeur M.joanisse deux vrai incompétent .. le texte ci-joint de rosanne apres 54 jours dans leur garage ...il me rendre le camion .. avec les fils couper et plus rien fonctionne de mon systeme de pelle

I bought a brand new Maverick on Black Friday last month. The salesman Gabriel assisted me in purchasing the car. There were some issues throughout the process, but Gabriel and the sales director Stephane were eager to help me in figuring them out. Overall, I'm satisfied with the sales service although I'm still waiting for the outcome of a couple of small things.However, I think Chantal, the finance officer, needs training on how to treat customers in a honest and professional manner. When I made the appointment to take the delivery, I requested the paperwork be signed in English since I'm from Ontario and can't speak or read French. BUT she surprised me with everything printed in French and insisted that the dealership only provides documents in French. I was unfortunately forced to sign the papers in French that I couldn't understand. In addition, she held my deposit for three weeks after I brought the car home which is unacceptable, especially given the current situation of high interest rates.If any of my friends or coworkers are interested in buying a Ford truck or SUV, I'd recommend this dealership as they don't impose hidden fees or charge extra for unnecessary things, and the owner (the Jr.) was quite friendly and showed me how to properly cover and uncover the truck bed. I'd also like to thank Johanne, the lady at the front desk. She is always patient and smiling. But you should avoid Chantel if you are from Ontario and cannot speak French.

Had the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I took a five hour train ride from waterdown Ontario to Ottawa then to Gatineau Quebec to pick up my ford Maverick. My car salesman Erik not only picked me up at the train station in Ottawa, but he also drove me to a bank in Gatineau and then to the dealership. Staff including Carl were friendly and took the time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Dealership even honored my employee family z discount when Toronto dealerships refused. I highly recommend anyone to travel to this dealership from Ontario. They will treat you with respect and hospitality.
