I was excited to order online from here. Unfortunately the items I received didn’t quite look as nice as they did online. Some of the posts on the earrings weren’t straight. One piece did arrive damaged but they do have great customer service and rectified the issue quickly.

They have some great pieces of jewelry that can go with like a "fancy" or "casual" look/style like necklaces, earrings, bracelets and watches! Not to mention its pretty good quality and affordable compared to other jewelry places out there. I would definitely check them out if you can! Christmas ? is coming, so this could be a great gift to give someone ?

The first time I went to Mia's was to buy a gift for a friend because she only wears your jewelry. I was super happy, especially with the kindness of the saleswoman, and to keep me loyal she kindly offered me a $20 voucher to try Mia jewelry. Indeed, I went yesterday very happy to try on these famous jewels that I didn't know about, I bought some earrings so far so good... the earrings don't suit me, I'm returning them today and I ask to exchange them for a necklace... to my surprise, I am asked to pay the difference, informing me that I cannot take advantage of the $20 reduction!!! But what is that ??? I didn't even take advantage of it, and then the saleswoman (not the same as the first time) arrogantly told me that it's the policy... not even one: we're sorry... not even saying it nicely ...not even a commercial gesture....Maybe I'm not the customer of the century and maybe I'm worthless, but well done! A lost customer!!! And there's no shortage of jewelry....

I've always had allergic reactions to most of the earrings on the market, even the gold ones. I was so happy when I bought MIA bijoux earrings! I've been wearing them 24/7 for the past 2 weeks and not a single uncomfortable moment! Definitely recommend them! (I got the grey ones, with no coating just stainless steel).

I’ve struggled for years to find earnings that don’t itch my ears and happily these do very little. Thety are the only earrings I wear now. While they haven’t solved my irradiation from earrings completely, so far the best solution out there being so lightweight and with no cheap coding that turns my ears green. I have bought multiple items from here and will again

La qualité est excellente. Je porte les boucles d'oreilles "huggies" ainsi qu'une chaîne de cheville 24/7. Je suis allergique aux bijoux qui ne sont pas en or et ceux de Mia ne me font aucune réaction. Les deux produits sont couleur or jaune et n'ont aucune décoloration au fil des mois malgré le fait que je les porte en permanence. Recommandé à 200% !!

Disappointing product and customer service. Earrings caused bleeding and I was refused a refund for returning them even though customer service admitted they were defective. I was sent replacements, but they feel just as rough as the previous pair so I don’t think they can be safely worn, and I can only return them if I now pay a fee plus postage. A waste of both my money and my time. Certainly not skin safe as advertised.
