La même mauvaise expérience avec les meubles Elran. En octobre 2021, j'ai commandé un divan en cuir d'une valeur de 5,000$. Je le recevais en août 2022. Je contactais La Détente au mois de décembre 2022 car il y avait des problèmes avec le divan (fabrication mal faite, mécanisme du repose-pied bruyant, le cuir à certains endroits est plissé, les coussins sont très mous, et j'en passe. Il s'en ai suivi une saga interminable pour finalement régler en partie - je dis bien, en partie - le problème en mars 2023. Je ne m'asseois même plus sur le divan car il est extrêmement inconfortable. Je ne recommande définitivement pas Elran.
