When you place an order and expect a truck you should receive a truck and not an uber driver. And we schedule times for a reason. If you are going to use uber a customer should be notified and have an option to reschedule when a truck is available. Since they do not have fridge and freezers to keep our products cold and frozen. I am been doing on line shopping for a long time and this is not acceptable. I choose a delivery truck for a reason as well as time slot. Not impressed and don't use uber so why would I want them to deliver my items.

Phew 4:00 p.m. on a Thursday and not able to get pork shoulder, because the butcher is no longer there I am told. Headed to one of your competitors where I easily got what I wanted. This is not the first time I have received bad service at this location.

The portable bar code reader system was not working, and it was really less pleasant to pack at the end with the #@!& self-service checkout complaining every time the bag was changed.
I hope they will be back, otherwise as long as I suffer the whims of a self-service checkout, I will go where it costs less to compensate for the bad experience.

I go to Métro less and less.
This morning, no cash register to get served. None! Had to go to self-service.
The lady told me that I should have asked for it. Wow, nice answer. I told him I don't have to ask. It's the least we can do to have AT LEAST 1 cash register open to serve customers.
“Hello, it’s me”, new slogan at Metro. Yeah, there are some who lack imagination...
“Hello, it’s me”, again ?. I just called the store and the lady who answered told me the same thing: "you have to ask."
Surprised, I tell him that it's not too tempting to go back. She replied: “Perfect”.
With this kind of response, we can't say that the customer service stands out.
Afterwards, you wonder why the store is empty compared to others which are full on a Monday morning.
