Charles is a miracle worker! The attention, the care and the empathy he showcases with his customer interactions is beyond phenomenal. He listens, he cares and he always gives his best and most honest opinion. More individuals with the same mentality are needed in the industry. I definitely recommend going to see him if you are thinking of visiting the Mercedes Benz Gatineau.

I bought one C300 from them few years ago. enter the agency 2 weeks ago. discuss trade in with a sales person. he was not able to provide a price . said he will get back to me within few days. two weeks pass. I called , he said I will sent you proposal by 1:00 p.m. . nothing. very disappointed. Not sure I will buy from them. there are other option in the region.

I purchased an gle53 amg through Guillaume . The transaction went pretty smooth and it was during the week end but still he was make sure the car was ready and everything set when i get there. He took his time to show and propose me some other items that i might need. I ll definitely recommend them

Wow! Unbelievably poor service. My wife had a simple add blue problem with her vehicle. When add blue is low you have a limited number of starts before your vehicle will have to be towed. Since I was in meetings and was unable to take care of it myself...I told her to go see the team at Mercedes and reassured her that they would help her out so she wouldn't end up stuck on the side of the road. After all...this was not like she was asking for an oil change or complicated service for the vehicle. She just didn't want to end up stuck on the side of the road!!! The service team told her they were busy and to come back next week. When my wife explained that she couldn't come back in a week because the limited number of starts she had left, they told her they couldn't help her. She requested to speak with a technician so she can get them to help her refill the add blue. She was told NO! Unbelievable. She had to then go to the parts department and purchase the add blue and try to do it herself. She had to go back and forth 3 times with this department to try and fix the problem. Each time she never got any extra assistance. They just stood by and watched her deal with the problem herself. We've purchased multiple vehicles from the Mercedes in Gatineau. We used to feel like we had VIP service. The service at this location has gone down toilet and I strongly recommend you avoid Mercedes-Benz Gatineau whether you want to purchase a vehicle or get service! Avoid at all costs!!!

Stopped giving out loaners. Started charging for code readings even if I can provide the same reading. Won't answer phone to book tire swap, they have my summers in storage so I can't go elsewhere. Online booking does not work at all. The hold on the phone is insanely annoying when I'm forced to call and book. No answer after 10 minutes of hold time on the line. Secretary can usually book it but I don't think she could speak english so was transferred to service. Writing this as I wait an hour to try again.When I first started coming here I was treated like royalty, the staff was amazing and made me feel valued. Now those staff members are gone and I'm treated like it feels they don't even want my business anymore. Just want my money, no care if I'm satisfied anymore. They even stopped asking how the service was. In the past I got surveys to fill out with each visit but not anymore since the staff was replaced.
