I had an oil change at Mr. Lube in St. Joseph today. The guy tore off the engine cover and lost three vices while checking the engine filter. He put the engine cover in a bag and told me it wasn't their fault. I checked the damage with another mechanic, who estimated the cost at a minimum of $300 and confirmed that the engine cover had been torn off. I went back to Mr. Lube to talk to the manager, who told me I didn't need an engine cover since I don't use the car for rallying, and that they won't pay for it. the damage.
A company without professionalism, scammers and amateurs, quite simply! I strongly suggest not using their services.

That store has been the one I went to for oil and tire change since my first car. I was never disappointed. The staff are always helpful and welcoming and they explain what they're doing, what I should get done and why.
Today was one of the few days I was very tight in my budget and I am so sad about that cause I would have loved to give tips to the people that worked on my car.
I had Dylan to tell me why I need to change my filters soon and walked me through what they were doing to my car and Mario had noticed my tires were very much dangerous due to how used they were. I got home and immediately changed my tires and they were right, I could see wires.
I can't ever thank them enough. I recommend them to friends and family whenever I can.

They closed at 18:40 , they supposed to close at 20:00,
Last time I had a service from this location also I was not happy, I recently changed all air filters within two weeks but they think all customers are stupide and they want me to change the filters stating that they are old and bad,
Avoid this location,
Mr lube is Mr lube ... but this location is out of the standard

We had a flat tire on the highway just a few hundred metres from Mr Lube. Even though they were busy Dylan changed the tire for the spacesaver and Jaime ordered four new tires for delivery two days later. Truly amazing service. Thanks!
