I asked to speak to a manager for a question I had regarding the hiring day and from the way the supposed manager, François, spoke to me I understand why there is a shortage of employees. He should get it into his head that even if he is a manager, that doesn't allow him to treat people the way he does. Waiting at the paint counter for 20 minutes because the guy is on break is not good customer service.. there should at least be someone who fills in for breaks or at least have a note a chart or something that indicates that we don't wait for anything. On the other hand, the staff were very polite and kind, once they returned from their break.

Horrible experience. 3 cars in that huge parking lot at 7pm. Thought the store was closed. Saw 12 employees who were all talking to each other in groups of 2 or 3. Two were on an iPad checking out....anyways no one assisted me as I struggle with heavy items. Check out is self only now!!! What?! 2 employees watched me struggle to scan everything, no offer to help then when I paid and was pushing my cart out they said bye ...really!!! Never going back.
