I dont understand people who give 1 star for bad costumer service.First, It is not a restaurant. The cashier will not receive more tips to be nice with you.Second, I dont wanna assume anything about the nationality or wtv. But have in mind that it is not in every culture that the 《*** liking attitude》 is the norm. Yes, in Canada, especially Gatineau people are super kind and nice. But when some people are more direct/dry I just assume is the way they are without any more assumption.Finally, come on, the cashier is probably low pay and have to deal with super bad customer all day.They offer simple thing we need a resonnable price. They are not a multinational.like DOLLARAMA. and I dont expect them to be so. In order to survive, they have to be more pricy but still cheap. I'm happy that I can walk 2 min to go there and get what I need.

Alors en semaine, l'accueil et le service à la clientèle sont parfaits mais la dame noire qui a le shift de la fin de semaine, particulièrement le dimanche, c'est une vraie catastrophe. Elle est désagréable, insolente et hautaine. On sent une telle rage en elle. Il serait mieux qu'elle change d'emploi car il est évident que pour elle, ce travail est un supplice. J'ai arrêté d'y aller les dimanches car la dernière fois, elle m'a arraché ma carte Interac des mains pour utiliser le sans-contact, parce qu'elle trouvait que je n'allais pas assez vite. J'aime beaucoup cette épicerie, mais je suis allergique aux gens sans-manière.

I didnt give them them five stàrs only because although they are reasonably priced, they are not a dollar store as stated in their name. Otherwise, they have pretty much anything you could want. The staff is however RUDE to the point of if it wasn't cheap no one would go back.

La dame Africaine au comptoir est d'une insolence. C'est comme si elle n'aimait pas son travail. Je fréquente cette épicerie depuis cet été mais, je ne quitte jamais avec le sourire. Elle parle mal aux clients, pas de s'il vous plait, pas de sourire... chacune de ses demandes ( dépôt du sac à l'entrée, utiliser le gel à l'entree...) est un ordre. Je préfére donner mes sous ailleurs.
