The price indicated on the sign and the one charged is different. "MIS REPRESENTATION" $10 registered / charge $11....my 4Runner vehicle is not a large SUV like a Ford Expedition or Chev Suburban.
Next time if it doesn't change, that's it, I won't go there anymore!!

I would like to thank the staff who prepare (pressure wash, brush with soapy water) the car before automatic cleaning. On weekdays, especially before 1:00 p.m. the employee who has been there for quite a long time is very polite and takes special care to do an excellent job. For young people who often work Saturdays and Sundays, they are arrogant, sometimes rude and often impose the payment of tips. If you say no to tipping the prep before the car wash, the job is done in a hurry and often incomplete. This kind of service is unacceptable. I have been a regular customer for many years.

The little Kids served me this morning, a big lack of respect, he didn't talk to people, he would appreciate the owner signaling to me because he didn't want me to get in touch with him. Too bad was my car Wash I go there often you won't see me here anymore

Unclassy employee demands a tip and the gentleman gives the middle finger once I'm on the washing ramp. In addition, I gave him a $2 tip. Seriously, get rid of this individual, he gives your company a bad image.

I usually come and give tips when I see good service. Last time i came special was 8.$.now it is 13 i took 13 then kid asked if i m.willing to give tips...before he started cleaning tire i said not today..i didnt like the way it was asked .it wasn't normal Then when I said no he stopped cleaning tires asked me to move and he came in a hurry after to remind me need to put neutral...lot of water inside since spoke through window car...unless i am drunk i ll never set foot here again..since i dont ...drinkUsually I tip based on the services...the last time I came the special was at 8 I was kind enough to take the new price at 13 then the young guy asked if I wanted to tip even before I see him finishing his shift...I found it strange I said no dsl not this time...then he quickly asked me to continue. But didn't remember to put neutral then the other little kid came running. Remind me to put neutral...opening the window. Water in the car.In short, never here again unless I'm drunk...and I don't drink...

If you tip you are going to get good service and good car cleaning but no tipping is a disaster.
