Good morning,I've been at your Boul. Gréber store a few times now, and seriously I always come out disappointed. I have celiac disease, so I often have to go to your store to find gluten-free products that aren't available elsewhere.Every time I go to your store, it's often after work around 5:00-6:00 p.m. This week I wanted to know where the new Schär products were in your store (photo to show the user what I'm talking about, which was taken in your online circular this week.) On the one hand to find an evening employee in your store is nowhere to be found (probably a shortage of labor, and I understand) but what's more, those who work there don't seem to know what your store sells.Not finding anyone, I went to the checkout with my items and asked my question. I was told by your employee: Oh... I don't know ma'am, the manager could have helped you but he left at 5:00 p.m.Do your employees not know the products on sale at your store? It was the same thing about a month ago with 2 other employees.Honestly, if I wasn't celiac, I wouldn't go to your store. Your evening employees only seem to know how to fill the shelves and do the cash register (lack of training?). They don't seem to know any better. Same thing when I called the Hull store and was told: I don't know, I can't find anything, call tomorrow the manager will be there.Thank you for reading, I hope your employees will be better equipped and trained to help customers no matter the time of day. Just because it's evening, doesn't mean helping customers should be neglected.

Première commande en ligne et je suis plus que satisfait. Je demeure à Boisbriand qui est à 180km de votre magasin et à peine 3 jours après avoir passé ma commande j'ai reçu ma marchandise. Bravo pour votre site internet qui est très facile à utiliser et quel beau système de suivi de commande vous avez WOW!! Félicitations à toute votre équipe.

The worst store in Gatineau they promise you a gift card for a mistake made by them you call them they have to call you back they don't do it after several messages to the manager I encourage you to go elsewhere for better service their name your cheap to avoid yes you are an honest trunk store makes you believe that your gift card has disappeared in your own cash register wow you have used honest trunk store promises not respected I do not recommend this store to avoid

Love the place! They have a lot of things and the service is either a hit or miss there. They're either really kind and polite, while some employees are quite the opposite, but the owner is always so nice!

Love this store ! It is huge in my opinion and the selection is absolutely amazing ! Instead of going to three different grocery stores just to find a few items you can get everything here and more I have never even come across!! Definitely recommend checking out if you have specific dietary needs.

The employee (an older woman) had no idea what to suggest for acid reflux, and was very annoyingly whistling at her station, doing nothing. Literally standing there and doing nothing but WHISTLE. It was irritating and I just left.
