Best service..the employees are attentive...no need to argue to have a packer...well done to the whole team..as of May 15, 2024, I bought two pork fillets which cost me 20 $. put in the freezer upon arrival home. Friday evening..I defrosted Monday during the day..it wasn't my surprise this evening once it was defrosted and I opened the bag!!@ the nauseating smell of the two pork fillets...I had to throw away $25 worth of spoiled meat...really disappointed. $25 for garbage...I would never buy meat from you again in your establishment..I am truly disappointed since I have been a loyal customer since the beginning of the supermarket in Masson, your customer service is second to none..but the The meat experience disappointed me

I have lived near this IGA for 4 years now. Me and my partner go there regularly, and we have always had good service. We had a problem with an order over Passover weekend, Saturday, and we noticed it after closing. No problem, error is human, we will return Monday for a refund since they are closed Easter Sunday. We went Monday April 1, as agreed, we expected courtesy, two young girls served us before the women who seemed to be in charge, they were very understanding and we were very patient, we both already worked in a grocery store we are usually very courteous. The lady who took care of us was suspicious from the start, but quickly became judgmental, and was not really attentive to the situation and we really had the impression of being treated like thieves.It's one thing to investigate, but to judge us because we didn't notice the error early enough for Madam, so she gives herself the right to be arrogant and when I respond to her straight away, I tell me to calm down. Sorry but to err is human for EVERYONE, not just you madam.This poor customer service experience left a bitter taste in our mouths.“IGA may not be affordable but at least we have good service”That's what we told ourselves... We'll think about it again, thank you.

The store is nice and there is great variety of choice, I always enjoy shopping grocery at IGA. But i paid 16,49$+tx for a tray of sushi that tasted really bad. I bought sushi there couple years ago and they were delicious. With the price of the grocery these day i find it very disapointing that there is no quality control. Who wants to drive back with stinky sushi when you are an hour away. I would spend it in gaz...
