THIS WAS FOR THE PURCHASE OF MY ROGUE I WOULD LIKE TO SPECIFY THATMY SPOUSE IS AN EMPLOYER AT THE SAME DEALERSHIP WHERE I PURCHASED MY VEHICLE.ON THE DAY OF SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY CAR- I DID NOT HAVE MY COPY OF THE CONTRACT, ONLY 3 DAYS AFTER SIGNATURE TO REVIEW THAT THE INTEREST RATE DISCUSSED AT THE TIME OF NEGOTIATIONS (14%) WAS NOT WHAT WAS WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT (16% ), WHEN I TOLD THE CLERK HE TAKEN THE PAPERS TO CHECK WITH THE BANK. TO TELL US THAT THE RATE WAS DIFFERENT PCQ HE HAS MORE THAN 26 PAYMENTS IN THE YEAR.I SPOKE WITH THE BANK THEY TOLD ME THAT THE RATE WAS 15.22% SO NOT 16% AS WRITTEN ON MY CONTRACT AND THAT THEY NEVER HEARD OF A REASON LIKE THE ONE THAT WAS GIVEN TO US.THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN WELL CLEANED IT HAD FRIED AND USER DISPOSABLE MASK BETWEEN THE SEAT AND THE CONSOLE THE DOORS CUPS WERE STICKING MY CARGO MATS WERE NOT INSTALLED AND SEMI ROLLING. HE DID NOT HAVE A SECOND KEY THEY MADE US WAIT 45 MIN TO FINALLY TELL US HE HAD TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE, HE HAD LOST IT. A WEEK LATER THEY WERE TAKEN THE CAR BACK IN ORDER TO RE-CLEAN IT IT WAS RETURNED TO US STILL WITH THE SAME WASTE LEFT IN THE CAR, CARGO CARPET NOT INSTALLED AND SEMI ROLLING. THEY ONLY HAD TO CLEAN THE EXTERIOR. THEY INSTALLED OUR LICENSE PLATE AS WELL AS THE DEALERSHIP DECORATIVE PLATE BUT IT INSTALLED REVERSELY!!!!IN THE PAST OTHER DEALERS MY ASSISTANCE DETERMINED THE FIRST PAYMENT WITH THE DAY OF MY PAY, AND THIS SAID AND WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT. EVEN THE SMALL INDEPENDENT DEALERSHIP OF 2 AND 3 IEME CHANCE WE DO THIS, WHEN I ASKED TO DO THIS THE ANSWER GIVEN WAS “WELL NO, IT'S THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY WE DON'T DO THAT OTHERWISE!!!” I DECIDED TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP IN QUESTION TO SEE THE MANAGER AND TELL HIM OF MY DISSATISFACTION, HE NEVER KNOWS TO EXCUSE THE POOR SERVICE BUT IN ADDITION, HE TOLD ME AN ANSWER THAT I HAD SIMPLY WENT TO SEE HIM BEFORE, ONLY PRINTING A COPY OF THE CONTRACT JUST TOOK 15 MIN. I DID NOT KNOW THAT TO RECOVER MY ORIGINAL SALES CONTRACT I HAD TO APPEAR IN PERSON AND TO MANAGEMENT.I WANTED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT TO BE TOLD IT’S TOO LATE. I LEFT HIS OFFICE TO GO OUTSIDE THE BUILDING TO MAKE A CALL.ABOUT TEN MINUTES LATER THE SAID DIRECTOR HAD MY SPOUSE ENTER HIS OFFICE TO START A CONVERSATION ABOUT THE SITUATION.MY HUSBAND, FRUSTRATED AS A CUSTOMER AND EVEN MORE AFTER NOTING THAT MY MEETING WITH HIS MANAGER HAD ACHIEVED NOTHING,WE FEEL LIKE WE'RE LAUGHING AT US. I HAD BEEN SITTING IN FRONT OF A MAN WITH ZERO SYMPATHY, ZERO EMOTION AND ZERO REGRET.MY HUSBAND ASKED HIS MANAGER 3 TIMES DURING HIS CONVERSATION IN THE OFFICE, TO LET HIM OUT THAT HE NEEDED A FEW MINUTES KNOWING THAT THIS CONVERSATION WAS NOT GOING TO END WELL. IT WAS NO LONGER A GOOD TIME FOR A CONVERSATION AS AN EMPLOYER, WHEN MY SPOUSE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LEAVE THE OFFICE THE MANAGER TOLD HIM THAT IF HE LEFT IT WAS BAD.MY SPOUSE JUST HAD HIS JOB THREATENED DURING A CLIENT MOMENT. BUT GUESS WHAT, LEGALLY THIS IS ME THE CUSTOMER, THE CAR IS IN MY NAME ONLY.MY SPOUSE LEFT THE OFFICE CALLING THEM A HAM.... AND TAKEN TIME TO SAY THAT IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SEEN, IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE WAITING ROOM.THE MANAGER CONTINUED TO FOLLOW MY SPOUSE WITH HIS PROVOOKED LOOK, TOLD HIM TO LEAVE.RESULT MY SPOUSE WAS FIRED.THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CAR PURCHASING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE MY LIFE AND YOU CAN COUNT ON ME TO SHARE IT WITH AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE!!!!

From the first email to the last smile, Hull Nissan met and exceeded my expectations. Service provided and feeling comfortable as a woman with the purchase of a new to me car, the explanations and the relaxed and friendly interactions was exactly what I hoped for. Horrible experience when trying to buy a used car. Was quoted a price on call and when reached the store they said they dont discuss price on call even after showing call logs. Dont go to this dealership unless you want to be called a liar. Rude staffs and unfriendly behaviour. Highly recommended to stay away.

I will encourage anyone looking to buy a Nissan vehicle to go to this location. I was very pleased with the service I received. I've been to other Nissan dealership's and was not convinced . At nissan hull, my perception changed. Yannick R, one of the sales person was exceptional, full of knowledge of the different vehicles, very patient and transparent too . He was able to land me a good deal on a Nissan Rogue. I strongly recommend Nissan hull, please ask for Yannick and you will be satisfied .

I recently purchased a new 2023 Nissan Rogue. Being a senior lady, I am always cautious and leery of sales people and their sales pitch. Not so with Yannick R !! He was very unassuming, friendly but particularly honest and transparent. He took the time to get to know me, understood my concerns and worries and most of all my needs. After a lengthy chat, he guided me towards 2 models and showed me every inch of the vehicle bumper to bumper and inside and out. He arranged for myself and daughter (also a Nissan owner) to test drive a Rogue and to bring it home to show someone. At no time did I feel pressured and even went outside to help my daughter with a bumper clip on her car. His straight forward honest and transparent character won me over and I am now a happy Nissan owner. Yannick is very knowledgeable and responded well to all my questions. His confidence in Nissan and how it will meet my needs in years to come win me over. Kudos Yannick!! Well done.

My friend and Myself had a wonderful experience at this dealership... Mr. Yannick ( sales personnel) gave us THE BEST experience we have ever encountered while 'car-hunting'. Yannick carefully walk us through trim options, helped us with suggestions and gave pointers, and he went an extra mile to get a favorable deal. The other showrooms are a Sale - sharks but here there is more transparency and better( if not the best) customer's experience. I will give him 5star +++ and i strongly recommend this dealership and dont forget to ask for Yannick! You will definitely comeout happy or smiling...

Wooowww...I was really impressed with their staff and services. We paid cash for one of the used cars and it wasn't a Nissan. They didn't know that we were going to pay in one shot although it was one of the first questions. Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that they were nice to us from the beginning to the end.

I have been to a lot of garages in my life, but this one is the worst by far, it’s unbelievable.1- They never answer the phone, you have to call 4-5 times in a row in the hope to speak to someone at the service.2- There is this guy named François that will lie to you in your face. He will tell you that your job will be 500$ and in the end it will be 700 because it took more time. He will not call you before going over what he told you the price would be.3- It is Wednesday, François will tell you that your car will be fixed on Thursday. When Thursday come, no one calls you, you try to call them all day, no one answers. Friday, no one calls you, Saturday no one calls you. Then on Monday, finally François answered my call and told me yes, your car was ready on Saturday and I was about to call you.4- If you ask for a used parts instead of a new part because you have a used car and you don’t want to put too much money on it because it’s not worth it. François will try to scare you of buying used parts and will tell you over and over that this is not a good idea, this is risky etc.If you have read my review up to that point, do yourself a favour and don’t go there.

Wow! First time interacting with a dealership after some years and definitely a pleasant experience. Everyone from Jennifer to Ismael and Alex were pleasant. Extremely Transpo aren’t and honest which is rare these days in the industry.I will be back and will definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan.

Never seen such poor service. Car has been in for repair and not as much as a diagnostic after four days. This after I had transmission replaced with less than 50k km on the car. You call and leave messages and they do not return them. Car is dead and they ask whether I have made an appointment??!!! Somehow that excuses their awful product and terrible service. Stay away.

He is always available to answer any and all questions on the vehicle and its functions. We also truly appreciated Noah Hotte's advice. A great team effort to provide us with the best vehicle.
