Hello I visited this branch today Monday 30/9/2024. At 1.15 pm. I talked with the cashier to return winter.boot for men I got it by online unfortunately they told us it finally sale actually I know that after I did the order that’s considered scam for the customer
The guys there doesn’t support or corporate with me they was rude and talking by way doesn’t has any respectful to customers really my advice to all be to mush attention during buying any thing from the bay Hudson especially this branch

Great store and selection in the past. Unfortunately, their escalators and elevator have been out of service for months now so no access to the department on the second floor. Wasn’t going to bother figuring that one out so I just went to buy what I wanted elsewhere.
