“My personal favourite Hobby store, they are amazing and will answer any question you have for them.I have been looking for somewhere in my general location to order the Bachmann Thomas locomotives, I had gone to a store prior but they didn’t have them and couldn’t order them. But this store the minuet I had said something about it they were on it, they took down my contact information and they are on the hunt to see if they can get them in.I was also purchasing paints for my model locomotives and they were very helpful finding me an acrylic primer that works well by their own experiences with them.All and all an amazing place and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”

Was severely tempted by the puzzles and adorable funny socks, but the prices were a tad too high for me to bite (not too high for everyone, they were still making sales!)I was wishing for a wider variety of hand printed paper, but they had a couple of styles available.Lovely shop, will stop in again.”

“It's a classic hobby shop. The clerks are a couple of classic nerds. You have about 60+ years of collective gaming experience in that shop. you want to start a game with seasoned players? their bulletin board is always full of dm's and players looking for games. they regularly host events playing and show casings game. the people giving 1 stars are the kind of customers you DONT want in your business (you've worked a job serving customers. You already know they type...) for any who genuinely likes tabletop gaming. Fandom II is the original in ottawa.”

“These fine lads have finally started pricing competitively to other shops in the city, so I am updating my review to reflect the new experience! I like how they have a large range of single cards for purchase out on display in the counter, as it gives me an opportunity to window shop some cards that might otherwise go under my radar while the staff gather my orders for pickup! I do wish they had a greater selection of inventory available, as they do have some sets that other stores carry that this one just doesn't have any stock for, and restocks of older stuff doesn't seem to happen too often compared to other stores. The search function on the website is kind of useless, as when searching for stuff, it throws in a lot of results that are highly irrelevant to the search, and often searching for a specific product, you won't find it in the search results but will get 100s of irrelevant results instead. Not a huge dealbreaker, but it does make it harder to place an order.”
