I used to like this place and the previous woman at the counter was mediocre friendly but also rude. The owners seemed very nice when I met his a while ago and explained the issue. I just visited today and the owners daughter at the front counter is just moody and rude. No smile and basically greets you with "what?" First off, if you own a small business, probably best to put your best foot forward. Second, hire a friendly social person for this job. This was the fourth time and last time I will visit. We all have bad days so I thought i'd give it one last try but no. Also overpriced so I will go to a more friendly and genuine business. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment.

I’ve been here a few times, and the staff has always been exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Most of my visits have been for last-minute or unexpected repairs, and they’ve managed to fit me in for a diagnostic even when busy with other jobs. Thank you for the quick help, especially with such short notice!
As someone who often does my own repairs, I really appreciate the honesty and transparency of the garage and its owners. They’ve saved me a lot by addressing minor issues quickly and fairly, without pushing unnecessary charges. I highly recommend them!

They don't adhere to the appointment time. You have to wait much longer for your car to be inspected and serviced

Calling this place was the worst decision I made in Canada, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, I just asked her if they had English service and she hung up. Disgusting person.

Excellent service! Very courteous and competent staff! They were also able to help me out at the last minute following cancellations. I recommend them without hesitation!

No worries with this garage, competent, professional, inexpensive. Eric is a great mechanic. He is now retired but his team is just as good!! The best garage in town!!

I took my car in for a diagnosis and was told the cost would be $50 plus taxes! We decided not to have the work done and when it was time to pay, the bill was $135! I was then told that they had to carry out an additional test without asking me if I agreed to pay additional costs! When I asked the girl at reception she told me that she had spoken with my partner on the phone and had informed him of the additional charges and that he agreed which was completely FALSE! Very dishonest place! Attention..

Do not recommende this place, they told me it would cost 50$ for a diagnostic and they charged me 139$. They never asked my permission to do more test and they told my wife I approved. The are ready to lie to make an extra dollar! DO NOT GO THERE

The customer service is absolutely poor. It's unfortunate, because it's a local garage, with good services offered and competitive prices. However, the receptionists are so stupid. Whether on the phone or at reception, always the feeling of being a nuisance. I like to cheer local, but I won't go back there again considering that. A smile is free :)
