“I have always been amazed by this Canada Computers' repair service. They have always fixed my computer within a few days, despite their general estimate being 2-3 weeks, and its always for much cheaper than expected!

Just recently, I dropped my laptop and the screen was poking out a bit in a corner, and I decided to shop around to see which repair location could offer me a good deal on the repair.

Best Buy barely looked at the computer and without even explaining what they planned to do (at least not until I asked) they said the repair would cost $300-400 and would take 3-4 weeks, since they had to ship my computer off to Toronto. They also tried to convince me to just get a new laptop instead. I was shocked because the repair seemed minor to me because the screen was working fine.

Canada Computers on the other hand took their time during the initial diagnosis to explain to me that at worst, they would need to replace the screen, but at best it could just be that something got loosened when I dropped it and just needed to be put back in place. They said they would do an official diagnosis for $50 and we'd see what repairs needed to be done later. LESS THAN 2 DAYS LATER they called me saying my computer was fixed (AND IT WAS with a cleaned screen too) and they didn't even charge me more than the diagnosis fee!

I 100% recommend this Canada Computers and I will NEVER be stepping into a Best Buy again.”
