Very disappointing customer service. Long story short, I was about to leave on vacation and needed a new pair of shoes because of all the walking ahead. I bought four pairs of shoes from four different stores in order to try them at home and return the ones that did not feel comfortable which is common practice. Le Pacha is the only store that gave me a hard time refunding the shoes two days after purchasing them. Initially the employee who helped me specifically told me that I could return them without any issues. Once at the cash, the cashier stamped "final sale" on the bill without me knowing about it. The shoes were 130$ with taxes. According to their return policy, they dont do refunds on "final sale". I tried explaining my issue to the employee/manager without success. I told them to keep the shoes and left without even a store credit. Lesson learned always check your bills after purchasing an item.

Really amazed at this exceptional service! I ordered my boots about 2-3 days ago and received them today. These particular boots had been discontinued and I was SO HAPPY to find them at La Pacha, and they were super fast to ship and the boots are perfect. Thanks for this exceptional service! I bought a Woman Ice Ruby boot which is advertised as 100% leather. However, the boots have cracked. I have shown them to a 40 yeay leather specialist who has only found some leather along the zipper.
